I have been a competitive swimmer for the majority of my life. Running has always been something I have done as part of dry land workouts. For the last three years, I have been slowly getting into OCR’s and endurance events, which all revolve around running of some sort. Like swimming, running is all about the correct form. Whether it is correcting my running form/ technique, helping me recovery after a long event, programming my weeks and/ or, giving me tips on my endurance events, he always delivers 100%. I have had nothing but great experiences/ interactions with Chris and his company. I would recommend them to experienced runners to beginners like myself! Challenge yourself and give RunFluent a go!
