I have never been a runner or someone who thought I could be a runner, for most of my life I have been what most people would consider fluffy. I was blessed enough to get involved with Ivi which led into a challenge that Chris had put together, I was first skeptical of what I had gotten myself into but within the first week of trusting the process and following his direction I became hooked. I now look forward to my runs, they are my way of getting some time to just escape and enjoy piece and quite. In just 3 months I clocked my fastest 5k ever, in just 4 months ran a sub 2 hour half marathon and in just 6 months have completed a sub 4 hour full marathon. I have completed more in 6 months than I ever did in the first 52 years of my life.
