I’ve known Chris for years and he has helped me know understand there is more to running than just taking off and going as far as you can or until you run out of energy. He has taught me a slower approach concentrating on form first and letting the speed progress in time with proper form. I used to run as fast as I could as far as I could and be in pain the following day. Knee pain, hip pain, back pain, you name it. Last month I ran over 200 miles with minimal pain and very few rest days all because I was concentrating on form and I”m 41 years old. Fact is running is a science and Chris is the top scientist in the game hands down.
