I’m Madison and I’m 9 years old. I always have loved running but having Mr. Chris’ workouts has made me a much better runner! I love running but now I love it more! He programs runs for me that are perfect for my age and easy to understand! If I have any questions he is easy to reach! And if you have trouble with a run he will tell me what I need to fix! Run Fluent has made me have more fun running! I know with his help I’ll reach my goals!
