    I reached out to Chris around the New Year with a goal I had in mind for 2019. My hope was to become a more efficient runner and experience less injuries than I have been recently. After a gait analysis, which was completed through video at my request due to residing across the state, Chris was able to recognize my issue immediately. What he observed right away was exactly what I had been dealing with; which was tight hips and tightness in my lower posterior chain.
