Before Run Fluent, I couldn’t figure out why my race speed had seemed to plateau. Or why I would be so tired and in pain after even short runs.
But after getting a gait analysis and realizing the issues with my stride, I started learning how to run! With months of training, my running became much smoother. My heart rate used to bounce all over the place and become way too high for my pace. The Run Fluent training helped get that under control, and help me run without those issues.
After the first year of Run Fluent training, I was PRing all of my race distances. Even signed up for multiple trail 50ks, something I had never done before, and I completed all of them! Even better, because I’m running with better form, it has reduced many of the nagging pain issues I used to have!
Very thankful for the Run Fluent program. Finally, I feel like a runner!!
